Contractor Responsible for Acts and Omissions. The Contractor agrees that he is as fully responsible for the acts and omissions of his Subcontractors, Trade Contractors, Suppliers, and employees, and further of all persons directly or indirectly employed by them, as the Contractor is for the acts and omissions of employees and persons directly employed by the Contractor.
