Contractor Supplied Clause Samples

The 'Contractor Supplied' clause defines the responsibility of the contractor to provide all necessary materials, equipment, and labor required to complete the contracted work. In practice, this means the contractor must source and deliver any tools, supplies, or personnel needed for the project, rather than relying on the client to furnish these items. This clause ensures clear allocation of responsibility, preventing disputes over who is obligated to supply resources and helping to avoid project delays due to missing materials or equipment.
