Contractor’s Cooperation. Contractor shall cooperate fully with the review and provide all requested data, including operational data, financial data and other data requested by the City within thirty (30) Work Days. Failure of the Contractor to cooperate or provide the requested documents in the required time shall be considered an event of default.
