Contractor’s Notice of Readiness for Interim Inspection for Punchlist Completion. Not more than thirty days after Material Completion, and upon completion of the Final Punchlist (including all Minor Items and such Permitted Incomplete Items as are due to be completed), the Contractor shall give the Design Professional and Owner written notice requesting Inspection for Final Completion in the following words:
