Common use of CONTRACTOR’S ORGANISATION Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTOR’S ORGANISATION. The Contractor shall provide and maintain an organisation having the necessary facilities and employees of appropriate qualifications and experience to undertake the tasks specified. These tasks shall be carried out to the satisfaction of the Authority’s Designated Officer (DO). On all matters connected with the Contractor’s responsibilities under the Contract, the Contractor will appoint a representative with whom the DO will deal with matters concerning the discharge of the Contractor’s responsibilities. The contractor may delegate to his/her representative authority to deal with such matters on his/her behalf.
