Contractor’s Project. Manager shall be the primary representative of Contractor and shall exercise such authority as is specified in this Agreement or is delegated to him by Contractor. The general duties of the Project Manager shall be, inter alia, to act on behalf of contractor as follows: (a) to review, comment, audit and monitor the design, construction, commissioning and performance of the Work; (b) to inspect, examine, and witness the materials, equipment, testing and workmanship used or carried out in connection with the Work; and (c) to certify applications for payment and to report to Contractor on the progress of the Work and to report whether the Work is being carried out in accordance with this Agreement.
