Contractor’s Project Director. 3.1.1 The Contractor’s Project Director is designated in Exhibit E (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Director.
3.1.2 Contractor’s Project Director shall be responsible for Contractor’s performance of all of Contractor’s Tasks and subtasks, delivery of all Deliverables, and ensuring Contractor’s compliance with this Agreement.

7.1.2 The Contractor's Project Director shall be responsible for the Contractor's day-to-day activities as related to this Contract and shall coordinate with County's Contract Manager, County's Program Manager and County's Compliance Manager on a regular basis.
7.1.3 The Contractor's Project Director must have the qualifications and experience identified in Exhibit A (Statement of Work).
