Contractor’s Project Director. 3.1.1 The Contractor’s Project Director is designated in Exhibit E (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Director. 3.1.2 Contractor’s Project Director shall be responsible for Contractor’s performance of all of Contractor’s Tasks and subtasks, delivery of all Deliverables, and ensuring Contractor’s compliance with this Agreement.
