Common use of Contractor’s Release Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Release. Any and all Contract modifications are a full release of SCC from any liability for any additional compensation or extension of time arising or resulting from the Work performed pursuant to a Contract Modification. By execution of a Contract Modification, Contractor accepts the compensation and/or time extension provided in full accord and satisfaction for that Contract Modification, and expressly waives, releases and relinquishes any and all additional claims and demands relating to, or arising out of, the matters covered by that Contract Modification, including but not limited to direct or indirect cost, profit, or damages related to disruptions.
