Common use of Contractor’s Representative Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Representative. The Contractor’s Representative(s) shall act in full charge of the Work and shall have full authority to liase with the Corporation's Representative(s) to resolve all day to day matters which may arise between the Contractor and the Corporation.

Contractor’s Representative. The Contractor’s Representative(s) shall act in full charge of the Work Services and shall have full authority to liase with the CorporationCompany's Representative(s) to resolve all day to day matters which may arise between the Contractor and the CorporationCompany.

Contractor’s Representative.
