Common use of Contractor’s Services Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Services. The Contractor will provide to the City the professional engineering services (“Services”) described in the Scope of Services, Exhibit A-2 attached and incorporated herein to this Contract under the terms and conditions of this Contract.
