Contractor’s Team. The Contractor hereby warrants that all personnel employed or engaged by, or on behalf of, the Contractor in the provision of the Services at the Commencement Date were vetted and recruited on a basis that is equivalent to and no less strict than the Personnel Vetting Procedures and throughout the Term the Contractor shall comply with the Personnel Vetting Procedures in respect of all personnel employed or engaged in the provision of the Services. The Contractor shall ensure that no person who discloses that he has a Relevant Conviction, or who is found by the Contractor to have any Relevant Convictions (whether as a result of a police check or through the Disclosure and Barring Service procedures or otherwise), is employed or engaged in the provision of any part of the Services without ONR's prior and express written consent. If requested by ONR, the Contractor shall provide documentary evidence of their (and/or the Contractor’s Team members’) eligibility to work in the UK. ONR shall not be held responsible for securing work permits for potential members of the Contractor’s Team who come from overseas. Without relieving the Contractor of its duty to deliver the Services, ONR reserves the right to refuse any employee, consultant, agent or subcontractor of the Contractor access to ONR's premises where, in ONR’s absolute discretion, such person’s behaviour is unacceptable or they have not satisfied or been subject to the relevant checks referred to in this clause 4. If required by ONR, the Contractor shall replace any person that has not satisfied the requirements set out in this clause 4 with another suitably qualified person and ensure that the provision of the Services continues without interruption in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
Contractor’s Team. ‌ 1) The Contractor employs and makes available the resources proposed in Task Order as a minimum. The Contractor also employs any additional resource that may be reasonably required to Provide the Services. The Contractor provides, and maintains an up to date organogram showing the resources employed Providing the Services. 2) The Contractor does not remove or replace any member of the Contractor’s team, other than with the express permission of the Employer. 3) For the avoidance of doubt, the Contractor’s team is composed of the Contractor resources declared in the Task Order and any declared subcontractors. 4) Nothing in this item shall override conditions of contract clauses 21.2 and 21.3.
Contractor’s Team. CORE TEAM The contractor is expected to establish a team structure ensuring a single point of contact with EIGE, coordination, leadership and responsibility. The CVs of the core team have to be included into the technical proposal. The designated implementing staff must: • be highly qualified, having assumed responsibilities in his/her profession, recruited for his/her management/supervisory, thought and creativity skills and high professional performance. S/he should have at least five years of professional experience of which at least three must be connected with organisation of events. • possess strong coordination, analytical and drafting skills. • have an excellent knowledge of English, and preferably, knowledge of other EU official languages, in particular, Lithuanian. The contract management shall be available for ad-hoc meetings with EIGE on short notice. Within the Core Team, the Contractor will have: with very good knowledge and sound working experience in: ▪ Concept development, planning, organising and execution of larger multi-day events; ▪ Supervising team(s) ▪ Leading event strategy development and implementation, developing and implementing event concepts and promotion plans ▪ Supervising management of subcontractors or coordination with consortia partners including responsibility for contractual agreements ▪ Supervising and producing reporting to clients covering resources, budget, event statistics etc. ▪ Estimating and budgeting costs for each aspect of planned events ▪ Coordinating every detail of meetings and events, from the speaker and meeting location to arranging for printed materials and audio-visual equipment; ▪ Searching for prospective meeting sites, which may be hotels, convention centres, or conference centres or other venues; ▪ Planning meeting and exhibit space, lodging, food and beverages. Telecommunications, audio-visual equipment transportation and other necessities; ▪ Development appropriate timelines to finalise and deliver the outputs on time; ▪ Measuring how well the meeting purpose was achieved. In providing these services, the Contractor will have a team of personnel with the appropriate skills available to perform the necessary tasks, e.g. ▪ Arranging support services, coordinating the event facilities, prepare the site staff for the meeting, and asset up all forms of electronic communication needed for a meeting or event, such as e-mail, video, and on-line communication, arranging logistic detail; ▪ Ensuring neces...
Contractor’s Team will conduct a needs assessment to at least 80 percent of participants seeking referrals.
Contractor’s Team will link, at a minimum, 75 percent of participants and families to needed community services.

Contractor’s Team. The Contractor shall ensure the team it appoints to deliver the Services has the appropriate skills and experience to undertake the Services and meet the Contractor’s obligations under the Contract. The Contractor and its delivery team shall, as a minimum, have experience delivering research and evaluation projects relating to Armed Forces families. The Contractor shall maintain excellent communications with the Trust at all times ensuring that it is well informed, aware of issues and central to decision making in relation to progress. The Contractor shall identify a named contact acting as Contract Manager. The designated person will carry prime responsibility for the Contract. The Contract Manager will liaise with and take instruction from the Trust’s Contract Manager.
Contractor’s Team will develop and provide a minimum of 18 in-person and virtual activities, events, and workshops to engage and outreach a minimum of 54 participants per year and provide information on services available through the UMHP Teams MH Promoters Network.
Contractor’s Team will provide a minimum of six CRM training events per year reaching 30 participants per year.
