Contractors Work. The Contractor's work is the construction and services required of the Contractor to fulfill its obligations pursuant to its agreement with the Owner (the Work). The Subcontract Work is a portion of the Work.
Contractors Work. 3.1. Contractor will perform the Work as more particularly described herein and in the other Contract Documents for the Project.
3.2. All written documents, drawings, and plans submitted by Contractor in conjunction with the Work shall bear the signature, stamp, or initials of Contractor’s authorized Project Manager. Any documents submitted by Contractor that do not bear the signature, stamp, or initials of Contractor’s authorized Project Manager, will not be relied upon by the City. Interpretation of plans and answers to questions regarding the Work given by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Project Manager may be verbal or in writing, and may be relied upon by the City, whether given verbally or in writing. If requested by the City to be in writing, Contractor’s Project Manager will provide such written documentation.
3.3. The existence of this Contract between the City and Contractor shall not be construed as the City’s promise or assurance that Contractor will be retained for future services beyond the Work described herein.
3.4. Contractor shall maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information that is exempt from disclosure under state or federal law to which Contractor may have access by reason of this Contract. Contractor warrants that Contractor’s employees assigned to perform any of the Work provided in this Contract shall be clearly instructed to maintain this confidentiality. All agreements with respect to confidentiality shall survive the termination or expiration of this Contract.
Contractors Work. 23.1 Pursuant to the provisions of this Contract, CONTRACTOR shall fully perform, complete and deliver on time, all tasks, deliverables, services and other work as more fully set forth in Exhibit A, Statement of Work.
23.2 If the CONTRACTOR provides any tasks, deliverables, goods, services, or other work, other than as specified in this Contract, the same shall be deemed to be a gratuitous effort on the part of the CONTRACTOR, and the CONTRACTOR shall have no claim whatsoever against the COUNTY.

4.3. Contractors Work. Contractor shall conduct work more fully described and indicated on the Estimate attached hereto and made a part hereof. If there is any demolition involved Contractor shall not be responsible for rebuilding or removal of the demolished material. It is the customer’s responsibility to prepare a clean debris free work space and if Contractor has to demolish anything Contractor will do it in the most efficient way possible.
Contractors Work. 3.1 Standard. Contractor must perform services in accordance with the standards of due diligence, care, and quality prevailing among contractors having substantial experience with the successful furnishing of services and materials for projects that are equivalent in size, scope, quality, and other criteria under the Project and identified in this Agreement.

Contractors Work. The Agency's contractor will prosecute and complete its work in a good and workmanlike manner according to contractor's own methods and with and by contractor's own means and employees, free from any supervision, inspection, or control whatsoever by the Railroad, except only as may be necessary to enable the Railroad to determine whether work performed complies with the requirements of this Agreement and conforms to the plans and specifications. It is the intention of the parties that the contractor shall be and remain an independent contractor and that nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as inconsistent with that status.
(A) The Agency shall require its contractor to abide by special provisions for the benefit and protection of Railroad interests, which shall conform to Exhibit A, BNSF Railway Requirements. Additionally, the Agency agrees to incorporate the indemnity obligations set forth in Exhibit A into the Agency’s contract with the contractor. The Agency shall require its contractor to use all care and precaution necessary to avoid accident, damage, or interference to the Railroad's tracks.
(B) If in the opinion of the Railroad a dangerous situation exists because of the contractor's work, the work will stop and the track made safe before the contractor is allowed to resume. No work delay or claim will be assessed the Railroad as a result of this stoppage.
Contractors Work. The CZS employs the Contractor as an independent contractor to perform the work described in Article 16 and Exhibit A. The Contractor shall perform such work (hereinafter called the “Contractor’s Work” or the “Work”) under the general direction of the CZS and in accordance with this Agreement and the Contract Documents. CZS’s direction of the Work shall in no way relieve the Contractor of its responsibility to control the Work and provide a safe worksite.
Contractors Work. The Contractor’s Work shall include, but not be limited to, all Articles of this Contract, all Work enumerated in the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the General Conditions, the General Requirements, the Scope of Work in Exhibit C, the Bridging Documents attached hereto as Exhibit D, and all obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents, which is attached to and made a part hereof.
