SCOPE OF SUBCONTRACT WORK. 3.1 Subcontract Work The Contractor retains the Subcontractor as an independent contractor, to provide all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary or incidental to complete the part of the work which the Contractor has contracted with the Owner to provide on the Project as set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement, consistent with the Project Schedule and in strict accordance with and reasonably inferable from the Subcontract Documents. The Subcontractor agrees to perform such part of the work (hereafter called "Subcontract Work") for the Project under the general direction of the Contractor and subject to the final approval of the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or other specified representative of the Owner.

SCOPE OF SUBCONTRACT WORK. For each Work Order issued and accepted hereunder, Subcontractor shall furnish and pay for all labor, materials, fuel, equipment, tools, machinery, and supplies; perform all work; obtain and pay for all necessary permits, licenses and fees; pay all state sales taxes, state and federal unemployment taxes, and all other taxes and fees associated with the subcontract labor or materials; provide all required construction layout and surveying; and do all things necessary to complete the Work Order (hereafter referred to as “Subcontract Work”).
SCOPE OF SUBCONTRACT WORK. 2.1 The “Subcontract Work” includes the work set forth in Section I of the Agreement, all incidental work usually performed under customary trade practices by the trades to be furnished by Subcontractor, and all changes in the Subcontract Work as described in Article XI hereof. The Subcontract Work shall be performed in accordance with the Subcontract and in a skillful and workmanlike manner, with material and equipment being of the kind and grade necessary for the purpose intended. Subcontractor shall be responsible for any loss or damage to Contractor or others by reason of Subcontractor’s failure to perform its work in accordance with the terms of the Subcontract. 2.2 Subcontractor has fully examined the Project site and analyzed all existing surveys, test reports and schedules that could affect its performance, and acknowledges that no conditions exist which would adversely affect the progress, schedule, performance, or price of the Subcontract or the quality of the Subcontract Work. 2.3 Except as otherwise agreed by Contractor and Subcontractor in writing, Subcontractor shall provide, at its own expense, all temporary and permanent tools, equipment (including safety equipment), scaffolding, implements, shop 2.4 Subcontractor shall, at its own expense, pay all inspection and testing costs, royalties, and license fees required for the Subcontract Work, and the costs of inspections which disclose, or are necessitated by, incorrect or faulty materials or workmanship. Subcontractor shall make all necessary arrangements and agreements, at its own expense, so as not to infringe any patents, trademarks, or copyrights in the performance of the Subcontract Work.

SCOPE OF SUBCONTRACT WORK. (b) unit prices in accordance with the attached Schedule of Unit Prices and estimated quantities, which is incorporated herein by reference and identified as Schedule “B”; and/or 4.1 The Contractor has retained the Subcontractor to provide the labor, materials, equipment, subcontracted services and supervision required to promptly and efficiently complete the Subcontract Work as an independent contractor. The Subcontractor shall perform such work under the general (c) time and material rates and prices in accordance with the attached Schedule of Labor and Material Costs which is incorporated herein by reference and identified as Schedule “B”. direction of the Contractor and in accordance with this Subcontract.
SCOPE OF SUBCONTRACT WORK. To the extent the terms of the Prime Contract apply to the work of Subcontractor, Contractor assumes toward Subcontractor all obligations, rights, and duties that the Owner assumes toward Contractor; and Subcontractor assumes toward Contractor all obligations, rights and duties that the Contractor assumes toward Owner and others under the Prime Contract. In the event of conflicts or inconsistencies between provisions of this agreement and the Prime Contract, this agreement shall govern. Subcontractor shall perform Subcontract work under the general direction of the Contractor, and shall cooperate with the Contractor so Contractor may fulfill obligations to Owner. Subcontractor shall provide subcontract work for the project in accordance with the progress schedule to be prepared by the Contractor after consultation with the Subcontractor, and as it may change from time to time. Subcontractor shall give timely notices to Contractor pertaining to subcontract work, and shall be responsible for all permits, fees, licenses, assessments, inspections, testing, and taxes necessary to complete the subcontract work. Subcontractor shall indemnify and hold harmless contractor therefore.
SCOPE OF SUBCONTRACT WORK. 5.1 Honeywell has retained the Subcontractor to furnish and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, expertise, skill and services referred to in this Subcontract, and to perform the Subcontract Work as an independent contractor. The Subcontractor will perform the work (referred to as the “Subcontract Work") under the direction of Honeywell and in accordance with this Subcontract. Subcontractor will assume toward Honeywell, to the extent applicable to the Subcontractor’s scope of work, all the obligations which Honeywell has assumed toward the Customer and/or Owner. 5.2 The scope of the Subcontract Work will consist of all work necessary or incidental to complete the:   work for the project in accordance with and reasonably inferable from the Subcontract Documents as being necessary to produce the intended results and as more particularly, though not exclusively, specified in:   5.3 With the following additions or deletions:   5.4 TEMPORARY SERVICES - Honeywell will provide to the Subcontractor the following temporary services at the project site during the performance of this Subcontract at no charge to the Subcontractor:   The Subcontractor will provide, at its own expense, all other necessary temporary services for the completion of its Work.
SCOPE OF SUBCONTRACT WORK. As used in this Agreement, the “Subcontract Work” is defined as the labor to be performed and/or materials to be furnished by Subcontractor pursuant to: (i) the Contract Documents; (ii) the manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations for any and all materials; (iii) local, state, and federal codes; and (iv) local customs and practices. All Subcontract Work shall be performed to the satisfaction of Contractor in its sole and absolute discretion. Whenever any manufactured article, implement, or series of articles or implements are mentioned in the specifications by name, trade, or manufacturer’s name, it is intended to establish a minimum standard of merit and quality. The intention of this paragraph is to require quality materials and workmanship. Substitutes of equal merit may be used by Subcontractor but only upon the written consent of Contractor. Subcontractor shall not assign or subcontract any portion of the Subcontract Work without the prior written consent of Contractor. Subcontractor’s commencement of the Subcontract Work shall be deemed Subcontractor’s representation and acknowledgment that Subcontractor has reviewed and approved the Contract Documents, the job location and all requirements and conditions of the Subcontract Work.
