Additions or Deletions. In the future, should the Board or the Association wish to add to or to delete from the bargaining unit, the question of such addition or deletion shall be negotiated.

The College reserves the right to exchange facilities due to unexpected circumstances rendering the use of the scheduled facilities impossible or impractical.

Additions or Deletions. The Department reserves the right to request additions or deletions of coverage or exposure from the Insurance Policy when deemed in to be in the State's best interest. Additions in coverage or exposure are to be consistent with current policy rates, terms, and conditions; unless the Insurer documents that an addition results in an exposure change that warrants a change from current policy rates, conditions, or terms. All deletions shall be on a pro-rata basis. Additionally, the Department reserves the right to request deductible adjustments or other insurance policy alterations if the Department determines that such adjustments and alterations are in the best interest of the State.
