Common use of Contractors Clause in Contracts

Contractors. a) The Company will not contract out any work that is performed by employees in the Bargaining Unit at the effective date of the agreement. b) Current practices in operations shall be agreed on with the local union in writing. Until such time as agreement is reached the above clause a) only will apply.
