CONTRACTUAL BASELINE Clause Samples
The Contractual Baseline clause establishes the set of documents, specifications, and agreements that form the official foundation of the contract. It typically identifies which versions of plans, drawings, or requirements are binding and may specify how changes to these documents are managed during the project. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear, agreed-upon reference point for performance and deliverables, reducing the risk of disputes over scope or expectations.
