Contractual Date of Delivery. The WLL System shall have been delivered and successfully tested according to Subclauses 9.4 on the date set out in the Time Schedule (Annex 18). The said date is in this Contract referred to as the Contractual Date of Delivery. The schedule and quantities of material shown in Annex 18 is an estimate and is not a binding commitment by The Purchaser. The Purchaser considers this list to be the Tender's minimum delivery obligation.

Contractual Date of Delivery. Delivery shall be made to the Customer's site on the date mutually agreed. The Customer shall be entitled to rescind the sale of those products and services not delivered within three months of the agreed date after having sent Imagilys a formal notice ordering it to deliver within 30 days.

  • Date of Delivery Any notice so addressed shall be deemed to be given or received (i) if delivered by hand, on the date of such delivery, (ii) if mailed by courier or by overnight mail, on the first business day following the date of such mailing, and (iii) if mailed by registered or certified mail, on the third business day after the date of such mailing.
