Contractual Services Terms and Conditions. The Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS), hereby enters into a contract with the CMHSP identified on the signature page of this contract. The purpose of this contract is to obtain the services of the CMHSP to manage and provide a comprehensive array of mental health services and supports as indicated in this contract.
