Cost Liability. The MDHHS assumes no responsibility or liability for costs under this contract incurred by the CMHSP prior to the start date. Total liability of the MDHHS is limited to the terms and conditions of this contract.
Cost Liability. The City of ▇▇▇ Arbor assumes no responsibility or liability for costs incurred by the Bidder prior to the execution of a contract with the City. By submitting a bid, a bidder agrees to bear all costs incurred or related to the preparation, submission and selection process for the bid. Reservation of Rights The City of ▇▇▇ Arbor reserves the right to accept any bid or alternative bid proposed in whole or in part, to reject any or all bids or alternatives bids in whole or in part and to waive irregularity and/or informalities in any bid and to make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City.

Cost Liability. BABHA assumes no responsibility for liability for costs under this Agreement incurred by the Provider prior to the effective date of this Agreement. Total liability of the CMHSP is limited to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Cost Liability. Neither the Governor of Virginia nor the VCCS assumes liability by virtue of this Agreement for any costs incurred above the amounts provided pursuant to this Agreement or for costs incurred by the LWDB or its one-stop operators or contractors that are determined to be unallowable. Any such costs shall be at the sole risk of the LWDB or its contractors. The foregoing provisions of this Paragraph are not intended to preclude and shall not be deemed to preclude the LWDA or its contractors from asserting any defense that may be asserted hereafter.
Cost Liability a. The User acknowledges that usage beyond the scope of the University's free licensing agreement may result in additional charges levied by Google.
b. The User understands and agrees that any additional charges incurred due to their usage of Google Projects, beyond the limits of the University's free licensing agreement, will be billed by University IT and to the user’s University department or affiliate account.
