Common use of Contribution Closing Certificate Clause in Contracts

Contribution Closing Certificate. The Contributor Parties shall have received a certificate, dated as of the Contribution Closing Date, signed by a Responsible Officer of the Acquirer Parties certifying that, to the best of such Responsible Officer’s knowledge, the conditions set forth in Sections 6.3(a), 6.3(b) and 6.3(f) have been satisfied.

Contribution Closing Certificate. The Contributor Acquirer Parties shall have received from the Contributor Parties a certificate, dated as of the Contribution Closing Date, signed by a Responsible Officer of the Acquirer Contributor Parties certifying that, to the best of such Responsible Officer’s knowledge, the conditions set forth in Sections 6.3(a6.2(a), 6.3(b6.2(b), 6.2(c) and 6.3(f6.2(f) have been satisfied.

The Contributor Parties Acquirer shall have received from the Contributor Parties a certificate, dated as of the Contribution Closing Date, signed by a Responsible Officer of the Acquirer Contributor Parties certifying that, to the best of such Responsible Officer’s knowledge, that the conditions set forth in Sections 6.3(a), 6.3(bSection 6.2(a) and 6.3(fSection 6.2(b) have been satisfied.
