Control of load by Entrant Sample Clauses

The 'Control of load by Entrant' clause establishes the right and responsibility of the entrant to manage and regulate the amount and timing of electricity or other resources they consume or draw from a system. In practice, this means the entrant can adjust their usage patterns, respond to system operator instructions, or implement demand-side management strategies as needed. This clause ensures that the entrant has the authority to optimize their load in response to operational requirements or market signals, thereby supporting system reliability and efficient resource use.
