Control System Acceptance Test Procedures. Following the successful completion of the Acceptance Test, the Control System Acceptance Test(s) shall be conducted on the centralized control system of the Facility as each generator is designated by Seller to be ready to generate and deliver electric energy to Company, before that generator is included in Facility. No later than thirty (30) Days prior to conducting the Control System Acceptance Test, Company and Seller shall agree on a written protocol setting out the detailed procedure and criteria for passing the Control System Acceptance Test. Attachment O (Control System Acceptance Test Criteria) provides general criteria to be included in the written protocol for the Control System Acceptance Test. Within fifteen (15) Business Days of successful completion of the Control System Acceptance Test, Company shall notify Seller in writing that the Control System Acceptance Test(s) has been passed and the date upon which such Control System Acceptance Test(s) was passed.

Control System Acceptance Test Procedures. To the extent reasonably and technically feasible, provided that the Acceptance Test has been successfully completed, Company shall conduct the first Control System Acceptance Test for the generators in Seller’s Facility within one (1) normal working day after the Acceptance Test, provided that Seller has given Company at least seven (7) days advance written notice that one (1) or more of the generators in Seller’s Facility are ready to generate and deliver energy to the Company. Thereafter, Company shall conduct each Control System Acceptance Test during regular business hours not later than five (5) normal working days after Seller provides Company with written notice that one (1) or more new generators is ready to generate and deliver energy to the Company, provided that: (1) except for the initial and the last Control System Acceptance Tests, such tests shall be conducted for no fewer than five (5) generators at a time; (2) Company shall conduct only one Control System Acceptance Test at a time; (3) following the initial Control System Acceptance Test, Company shall only commence a Control System Acceptance Test following the successful completion of the preceding Control System Acceptance Test, unless agreed to in writing in advance by the Company; and (4) the Company shall not be required to start a Control System Acceptance Test if Company reasonably determined that such test cannot be successfully completed during regular business hours. To the extent applicable, each Control System Acceptance Test shall test the new generator(s) that are ready to generate and deliver energy to the Company in addition to the generators that have previously been placed in service.

  • Acceptance Tests 11.1 If the Contract provides acceptance tests for Goods and/or the result of Services after their completion and/or delivery to the Purchaser, the acceptance shall only be considered as definitive when such tests have demonstrated the compliance of the Goods and/or the result of the Services to the requirements in the Contract. 11.2 Where the Contract provides for an acceptance procedure in the presence of both parties, at the successful completion of such procedure, the Purchaser shall issue the Supplier with an acceptance certificate which shall authorise the Supplier to invoice the Purchaser for any payment due on such acceptance. 11.3 The Purchaser shall at its discretion be entitled to issue and acceptancecertificate with reserves. The Supplier shall be obliged to remedy any non-conformities within the period set out in the acceptance certificate. Any payment which would otherwise have been due on acceptance may be withheld by the Purchaser in whole or part until the non- conformities underlying the reserves have been remedied.

  • Quality control system (i) The Contractor shall establish a quality control mechanism to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement (the “Quality Assurance Plan” or “QAP”). (ii) The Contractor shall, within 30 (thirty) days of the Appointed Date, submit to the Authority’s Engineer its Quality Assurance Plan which shall include the following: (a) organisation, duties and responsibilities, procedures, inspections and documentation; (b) quality control mechanism including sampling and testing of Materials, test frequencies, standards, acceptance criteria, testing facilities, reporting, recording and interpretation of test results, approvals, check list for site activities, and proforma for testing and calibration in accordance with the Specifications for Road and Bridge Works issued by MORTH, relevant IRC specifications and Good Industry Practice; and (c) internal quality audit system. The Authority’s Engineer shall convey its approval to the Contractor within a period of 21 (twenty-one) days of receipt of the QAP stating the modifications, if any, required, and the Contractor shall incorporate those in the QAP to the extent required for conforming with the provisions of this Clause 11.2. (iii) The Contractor shall procure all documents, apparatus and instruments, fuel, consumables, water, electricity, labour, Materials, samples, and qualified personnel as are necessary for examining and testing the Project Assets and workmanship in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan. (iv) The cost of testing of Construction, Materials and workmanship under this Article 11 shall be borne by the Contractor.

  • Test Procedures For an Asset Review, the Asset Representations Reviewer will perform for each Asset Review Receivable the procedures listed under “Procedures to be Performed” in Schedule A for each representation and warranty (each, a “Test”), using the Asset Review Materials listed for each such Test in Schedule A. For each Test and Asset Review Receivable, the Asset Representations Reviewer will determine if the Test has been satisfied (a “Test Pass”) or if the Test has not been satisfied (a “Test Fail”).

The program is to ensure that the Mortgage Loans are originated and serviced in accordance with Accepted Servicing Standards and the Underwriting Guidelines; guard against dishonest, fraudulent, or negligent acts; and guard against errors and omissions by officers, employees, or other authorized persons.
