Common use of Control Systems Clause in Contracts

Control Systems. The power source for control systems will be designed to be immune from system transients in accordance with Section 3.2(A)(6) (Facility Protection Equipment) and to meet the performance during under/over voltage and under/over frequency conditions pursuant to this Section 3.2(C) (Delivery of Power to the Company).

Control Systems.
