Control Systems. A. Each Party shall use its reasonable commercial efforts to establish and maintain internal control systems to protect against the improper issuance of Miles. B. In the event either Party discovers or learns of any wrongfully issued Miles, it will promptly advise the other Party and provide the other Party with the identities and Mileage Plus Member account numbers of those individuals who have, or are suspected to have, improperly received the Miles.
