Controls. Except as permitted in writing by Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee, Vendor agrees to implement the privacy and security controls that follow the guidelines set forth in NIST Special Publication 800-53, “Security and Privacy Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations,” as amended from time to time.

Controls.
