CONVERSION POLICY. The Housing Contract may be converted from an Academic contract term to an Annual contract term if space allows. This conversion process takes place from April 1, 2020 – April 30, 2020. There is a conversion fee of $200.00 to convert the housing contract from an Academic to an Annual contract term. The contract may not be converted from an Annual to an Academic contract term. Students wishing to convert their contracts may need to be reassigned for summer housing. IMMUNIZATIONS. All University Village Students are required to submit a completed Immunizations Information form.
CONVERSION POLICY. The Board shall make available the TPA's 9 standard conversion policy to eligible employees/dependents. A copy of the 10 conversion policy and associated rates shall be provided to the MTEA.

CONVERSION POLICY. 6.1 BellSouth implemented the conversion of Interim Number Portability (INP) to Local Number Portability (PNP) as follows: 6.1.1 Conversion of SPNP numbers to PNP is handled as a project. 6.1.2 All SPNP numbers in PNP capable switches will be converted to PNP within 120 days after the end of the phase for that MSA or wire center. 6.1.3 BellSouth will continue to offer SPNP until the completion date of the phase for the wire center.

  • Admission Policy The Academy shall comply with all admissions policies and criteria required by laws applicable to public school academies under the Code. The Academy must make a reasonable effort to advertise its enrollment openings.
