Conversions and Continuations Clause Samples

The "Conversions and Continuations" clause defines the terms under which a contract or agreement may be converted into another form or continued beyond its original term. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for converting an existing agreement into a new type of arrangement, such as changing a loan to equity, or specifies the conditions under which the agreement automatically renews or extends. By establishing clear rules for these transitions, the clause ensures predictability and reduces disputes about how and when changes to the contractual relationship can occur.
