Common use of Cooperation of Customer Clause in Contracts

Cooperation of Customer. Customer agrees to notify Company promptly following the discovery of any Error and to cooperate as reasonably requested by the Company in connection with any Error Correction. Further, upon discovery of an Error, Customer agrees, if requested by Company, to submit to Company a listing of output and any other data, including the Data Downloads, that Company may require in order to reproduce the Error and the operating conditions under which the Error occurred or was discovered.
