Cooperation with Other Parties. Purchaser shall ------------------------------ reasonably cooperate with the ▇▇▇▇▇ Company, the Independent Engineer and the Financing Parties in connection with the Financing Documents and/or any refinancing thereof including, without limitation, the furnishing of such information, the giving of such certificates and the furnishing of a reasonable consent and such reasonable opinions of counsel and other matters as the ▇▇▇▇▇ Company, the Independent Engineer or the Financing Parties may reasonably request in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby or by the Financing Documents.
