Common use of COORDINATE PERFORMANCE Clause in Contracts

COORDINATE PERFORMANCE. Broker shall coordinate all of its performance with the Director and such other person(s) as the Director may specify. Broker shall keep said person(s) currently advised at a minimum on a biweekly basis of developments relating to the performance of this Agreement, and Broker shall promptly inform the Director or such other person(s) of all significant events relating to the performance of this Agreement.
