The School Performance clause sets out the standards and expectations for a school's academic and operational outcomes. School Performance. The School shall achieve an accountability designation of Good Standing or Honor on each of the three sections of the Performance Framework. In the event the School is a party to a third party management contract which includes a deficit protection clause, the School shall be exempt from some or all measures within the financial portion of the Performance Framework. In accordance with Charter School Law, the Authorizer shall renew any charter in which the public charter school met all of the terms of its performance certificate at the time of renewal.

c) If the percentage improved is at least 51.0% but less than 54.0%, the amount recouped is 0.72%.
d) If the percentage improved is at least 48.0% but less than 51.0%, the amount recouped is 0.96%.
e) If the percentage improved is less than 48.0%, the amount recouped is 1.2%.
School Performance. An additional bonus of $500.00 to each AP teacher in a school 15 designated with a grade of “D” or “F” who has at least one student scoring 3 or higher 16 on the AP exam, regardless of the number of classes taught or of the number of 17 students scoring a 3 or higher on the AP exam.

Authorizer shall provide Charter School reasonable advance notice, in writing, of any proposed changes to the performance standards, engage with Charter School on such changes, and provide Charter School an opportunity to provide feedback thereto prior to presentation to OPSB for approval.
