Common use of Coordination and Planning Clause in Contracts

Coordination and Planning. Manager shall provide assistance to Owner with the coordination and planning with general operational activities for each Hotel, including (a) the development of food and beverage concepts for each Hotel, (b) the development of a spa concept for each Hotel, (c) guidance regarding human resources staffing and recruitment, (d) reviews of market conditions, and (e) review of pre-opening sales and marketing.
