NON-DISCRIMINATON Clause Samples

A Non-Discrimination clause prohibits parties from treating individuals or groups differently based on protected characteristics such as race, gender, religion, or national origin. In practice, this means that all participants, employees, or stakeholders must be given equal opportunities and fair treatment in matters like hiring, promotion, or access to services.
