Common use of Coordination of Public Statements Clause in Contracts

Coordination of Public Statements. Except as required by Applicable Law, neither party will make any public announcement of this Agreement or provide any information concerning this Agreement to any representative of any news, trade or other media without the prior approval of the other party. Neither party will respond to any inquiry from any public or governmental authority, except as required by Applicable Law, concerning this Agreement or the Plans without prior consultation and coordination with the other party.
