Coordination with Buyer. Seller shall (A) provide to Buyer copies of all material correspondence related thereto; and (B) provide Buyer with written reports of the status of the LGIA and Electric System Upgrades, if applicable, on a monthly basis. The foregoing shall not preclude Seller from executing an LGIA that it reasonably determines allows it to comply with its obligations under this Agreement and applicable Law.
