Coordination with Receiving Transporters. The Parties recognize that Provider must coordinate its actions with those of the Downstream Facilities. Accordingly, upon 30 Days written Notice to Customer, Provider may modify provisions of this Agreement to implement standards promulgated by NAESB and adopted by any Downstream Facility as it relates to the TGP System or to otherwise coordinate the provisions of this Agreement with the operating conditions, rules, or tariffs of the Downstream Facilities, and Customer agrees to execute such amendment(s) to this Agreement proposed by Provider in good faith that reflect such modifications.

Accordingly, upon 30 Days Notice to Producers, Gatherer may modify provisions of this Agreement to implement standards promulgated by the National Association of Energy Standards Board adopted by any Receiving Transporter as it relates to a Springridge Gathering System or to otherwise coordinate the provisions of this Agreement with the operating conditions, rules, or tariffs of the Receiving Transporters.
