Common use of Coordination with Stakeholders Clause in Contracts

Coordination with Stakeholders. 1.14.1 The Contracting Authority will be responsible for engaging with tenants for the purpose of arranging Service Provider access to complete initial inspections, and to schedule access during the course of the service. 1.14.2 Prior to the commencement of any works, the Service Provider shall provide a dedicated on-site contact number/person to deal with queries and matters arising during the execution of the works. 2.1 Contract Evaluation Criteria (Lot 2) 2.1.1 Service Providers submitting a response to a Mini-Competition Request for Tender must submit the information listed in the table hereunder, that will be assessed on a Pass/Fail basis. Service Providers should note that not all of the criteria listed may apply to every Mini-Competition Request for Tender. 2.1.2 Only those Service Providers passing all of the following contract evaluation criteria will proceed for assessment in accordance with the contract award criteria set out in part 2.2 below.
