Copier Clause Samples

The "Copier" clause defines the terms under which a party may use, operate, or maintain a copier machine provided under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines responsibilities such as proper usage, maintenance obligations, and restrictions on unauthorized repairs or modifications. For example, it may specify that only trained personnel can operate the copier or that the lessee is responsible for routine maintenance. The core function of this clause is to ensure the copier is used appropriately and remains in good working condition, thereby minimizing disputes over damage or misuse.
