Common use of Copies of certificates of entry Clause in Contracts

Copies of certificates of entry. Each Shipowner shall ensure that any protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations in which the Ship owned by it is entered provides the Lender with: (a) a certified copy of the certificate of entry for that Ship; (b) a letter or letters of undertaking in such form as may be required by the Lender; and (c) a certified copy of each certificate of financial responsibility for pollution by oil or other Environmentally Sensitive Material issued by the relevant certifying authority in relation to that Ship.
