Common use of Copies of certificates of entry Clause in Contracts

Copies of certificates of entry. The Borrower shall (and to the extent applicable shall procure in all cases that each other Security Party or other entity if named as co-assured in the insurance policies will) ensure that, from any protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations in which the Ship is entered, the Security Trustee is provided with: (a) a certified copy of the certificate of entry for the Ship; (b) a letter or letters of undertaking in such form as may be required by the Security Trustee; and (c) a certified copy of each certificate of financial responsibility for pollution by oil or other Environmentally Sensitive Material issued by the relevant certifying authority in relation to the Ship.
