Copies of Test Results. The Seller shall provide the Purchaser with copies of the test results of all tests performed pursuant to this Article VIII and after every general overhaul of a Unit at the Complex. Except as required under the Laws of Pakistan or its licenced obligations, the Purchaser shall not use or disclose such results other than in connection with the administration and enforcement of this Agreement.
