Testing of the Complex Sample Clauses

The "Testing of the Complex" clause establishes the procedures and requirements for inspecting and verifying that a building or facility (the complex) meets specified performance standards before it is accepted by the owner. Typically, this clause outlines the types of tests to be conducted, the responsible parties for carrying out and witnessing the tests, and the criteria for passing or failing. For example, it may require functional tests of mechanical systems, safety checks, or commissioning activities. The core purpose of this clause is to ensure that the completed complex operates as intended and to identify and address any deficiencies before final acceptance, thereby protecting the interests of both the owner and the contractor.
