Scheduling and Accommodation of Additional Tests. (a) The Seller may repeat the Commissioning Tests as many times as required by the Seller to meet the test criteria set forth in this Article VIII and Schedule 7. (b) If, during or following a Scheduled Outage, a Maintenance Outage, a Forced Outage, a Partial Forced Outage or a Force Majeure Event, the Seller is required to undertake additional tests of the Complex (or any significant component thereof) that are not required under this Article VIII and which require that electric energy is delivered to the Grid System, the Purchaser shall accommodate such tests as soon as reasonably practicable following a request therefor from the Seller.
