Scheduled Outage Sample Clauses
A Scheduled Outage clause defines the terms under which planned interruptions to a service or system may occur. It typically outlines the required advance notice, permissible timing, and duration of such outages, and may specify how affected parties will be informed. This clause ensures that all parties are aware of and can prepare for temporary service unavailability, thereby minimizing disruption and setting clear expectations around maintenance or upgrades.
