Reporting and Information. Reporting generally You must: use an electronic Student Management System that complies with the Victorian VET Student Statistical Collection Guidelines; provide us with accurate and complete Student Statistical Reports and other reports or information about the Training Services, in accordance with Clauses 10 and 11 of Schedule 1; provide any other information or reports we may require from time to time relating to this Contract by the time we specify, or if no time is specified, within a reasonable period of time from our request; collect new information and create new documents in a format we specify, if we require it; and provide us with any reports in accordance with Schedule 3 – special initiatives (if applicable to you). Reporting of subcontract arrangements for Brokering Services You must provide us with details (in a format we determine) of each subcontract arrangement you have entered into for the delivery of Brokering Services as follows: details of any subcontract arrangements entered into prior to the Commencement Date, within 30 days of the Commencement Date; and details of any further subcontract arrangement, within 30 days of entering into that arrangement. Change in Control You must notify us via the SVTS immediately upon becoming aware of any proposed Change in Control and, in any event, at least 20 Business Days before the Change in Control takes effect. Your notification must include details of the Change in Control and when it is to take effect. If we receive a notification under Clause 7.3 or if we otherwise learn of you proposing to undergo or having undergone a Change in Control, we may, at our sole discretion, give you notification that we either object or do not object to the proposed Change in Control or the Change in Control (as the case may be). Notification of events If you hold an Other VET Funding Arrangement, you must promptly notify us via the SVTS if: any restriction or reduction in scope is imposed on your entitlement to offer or deliver government-subsidised training under such an arrangement, whether or not this affects programs on the Funded Scope (except that this notification requirement does not apply if the restriction or reduction is imposed on a number of registered training organisations and is for reasons not associated with your performance under the Other VET Funding Arrangement); or
Reporting and Information. When reporting any Fault to Pacnet, Customer shall furnish to Pacnet via PSC: (a) full name of Company; (b) Caller information; (c) Service Information; (d) Pacnet Circuit ID or IP address; (e) Fault details and duration; and (f) any other information required by Pacnet to identify Customer and/or the Fault, and for the purposes of Fault rectification. Upon Customer furnishing of sufficient information as mentioned above and upon the PSC’s confirmation of the validity of the Fault based on information by Customer, Pacnet will issue a trouble ticket (“Ticket”) for the Fault so reported by Customer. PSC shall act as single point of contact for the management of the Fault and shall arrange for problem investigation and resolution.
Reporting and Information. Grantee shall provide information and documentation to DCV before any changes are made to the Proposal submitted in the Scope of Work. Grantee shall provide to DCV reports of Program work, expenditures, and requirements described in Maintenance Requirements, Paragraph 10. Grantee shall use the report formatting provided by DCV, which DCV reserves the right to change at any time. Upon request, Grantee shall provide any additional pertinent information to assist DCV or the City in assessing the work funded by the Grant and its status.
Reporting and Information. The Custodian shall provide the Client or its authorised agent with periodical reports, transaction advices and/or statements of accounts relating to the Custody Assets, the dates and depth of reporting level of which shall be as expressly agreed in writing between the Custodian and the Client from time to time. In the absence of the filing with the Custodian by the Client of exceptions or objections to any information, report, statement, confirmation, note or other document within 30 days of the date of receipt thereof, the Custodian shall have no responsibility for any errors or omissions therein and the Client shall be deemed to have approved the contents thereof and accepted responsibility for all of its obligations appearing therein.

Reporting and Information. (a) The Manager shall furnish to each Member the reports and invoices delivered to the Company pursuant to the CC Project Documents upon receipt by the Company and the reports described on Schedule 7.8 as and when indicated on Schedule 7.8. (c) Promptly upon the Manager obtaining actual knowledge of any such event or circumstance, the Manager shall deliver Notice to the Members of (i) any material civil or criminal litigation pending or, to the actual knowledge of the Manager, threatened against or concerning the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or their respective assets, businesses or operations, or, if such could have a Material Adverse Effect, against or concerning the Manager or the Operator or any of the Company’s other counterparties to the CC Project Documents, (ii) any material dispute with a Governmental Body or any material noncompliance or violation of any Applicable Law concerning the Company or any of its Subsidiary, or their respective assets, businesses or operations, (iii) any default, whether by the Company, its Subsidiary, the Operator or any other party under any CC Project Document (with a copy of any written notice related thereto), or any notice or claim of a material default whether by the Company, its Subsidiary, the Operator or any other party under any CC Project Document (with a copy of any such written notice), (iv) any material damage, destruction, condemnation, casualty or loss concerning the CC Assets, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or their respective assets, businesses or operations, or any anticipated need for a material modification, alternation, change, capital improvement or repair to the CC Assets, other than routine maintenance, (v) any notice of non-renewal or cancellation or any written claim by an insurance company that any insurance policy required to be maintained by the Company under Section 8.7 is not in effect, (vi) any notice of an environmental, health or safety violation by...
Reporting and Information. 10.1 GWRC and WCC (as appropriate) will ensure that each of the other Councils receive copies of the following in a timely manner: a. all WRS Committee papers; b. a copy of the completed annual statement of intent for WREDA; and c. copies of the half yearly and annual reports of WREDA. 10.2 The WRS Committee will request WREDA meets with each Council at least once per year during the period Councils are preparing their Annual Plans, unless Councils do not wish to meet with the company.
