Common use of Copies of Test Results Clause in Contracts

Copies of Test Results. The Company shall provide the Power Purchaser with copies of the test results of all tests performed pursuant to Section 8.2 through Section 8.4 above and after every general overhaul of a generating unit at the Complex. The Power Purchaser shall not use or disclose such results other than in connection with the administration and enforcement of this Agreement.
