Copy and Response. A copy of each observation shall be given to the observed teacher within five (5) working days of the observation. A copy of the evaluation shall be given to the teacher by June 1. Within five (5) days, the teacher may submit written comments concerning the report which shall be attached to the report in the teacher’s file.
