Copy of Transfer Certificate or Assignment Agreement to Borrower. The COFACE Agent shall, as soon as reasonably practicable after it has executed a Transfer Certificate or an Assignment Agreement, send to the Borrower a copy of that Transfer Certificate or Assignment Agreement.
