Copying Charges. The City agrees to waive copying charges for Association business that fall below $10.00 per month providing that: (a) the Association shall not use City copying facilities or supplies to promote positions or causes which could be inflammatory or cause adverse reactions against the City; (b) if the copying charge for any one month exceeds $10.00, then the full amount shall be payable to the Accounting Office within 30 days of receipt of statement; (c) the City shall have the right to withdraw this privilege for non-compliance with 1 and 2 above.

Copying Charges. If you request a copy of a Transaction receipt, Convenience Check or Periodic Statement, unless it is in connection with a billing error resolution process, we may impose a fee for each copy.

  • Check-writing Charge The Transfer Agent may receive any fees reasonably related to the cost incurred by the Transfer Agent to administer and collect the check-writing charge applicable to a shareholder’s Account in an all-inclusive fee fund. The Transfer Agent may also receive any fees reasonably related to the cost to the Transfer Agent of completing stop payment orders with respect to checks written on a shareholder’s Account in an all-inclusive fee fund.
