CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS (CCRs) SELECTED CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS Sample Clauses

The CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS (CCRs) clause defines the essential skills, qualifications, or capabilities that a party—typically a contractor or service provider—must possess to fulfill their obligations under the agreement. This clause outlines specific competencies, such as technical expertise, certifications, or experience levels, that are necessary for the successful completion of the contracted work. By clearly specifying these requirements, the clause ensures that only qualified parties are engaged, thereby reducing the risk of inadequate performance and helping to guarantee that project standards are met.
